A Library of Boston Books
For years I've been trying to find an easy way to organize my books and I finally have the solution. I found LibraryThing via the Playful Antiquarian. LibraryThing allows you to quickly and easily organize your books. You simply type a book's ISBN number, or title and author or other search term into the search box, and LibraryThing will search the Library of Congress, amazon.com, or a number of libraries to return a full bibliographic record for the book. You can then save this information in your personal library and add tags to help you search and sort the books you own. LibraryThing will also tell you how many other people own the same book and whose library your own library matches most closely. Approximately 30,000 users have added some 2,000,000 books.
I've started using it to catalog my books, and my tags can be viewed here. To find my Boston related books simply click on the word "Boston" in my tag cloud (trust me, tag cloud will make sense once you click on the link above) or just click here. Here is a Boston reading list.

As I posted on BostonGeek, who found the site here, I have added the Boston Athenaeum—Bostonians rejoice! :)
