A commenter on my post about Columbia Road and Olmsted's parks asked if a larger map (presumably of Olmsted's park plan) exists. I have one I bought at the Frederick Law Olmsted National Historic Site in Brookline, but couldn't find a large version online. One can, however, use the Library of Congress's excellent American Memory website to find photographs, maps, and plans for the Emerald Necklace--over one hundred images. Just go to the website, enter "Emerald Necklace" in the search box, and there you have it. Happy browsing! The following are all of the various "way" streets which are part of the Boston road system. So far as I know, there was no "way" street planned from Five Corners/Edward Everett Square up to Franklin Park.
